Come and hear from another Microsoft MVP this month! We’re going to focus on a very important topic for Unified Communications people, networking!
Traditional data centers relied on many interdependent hardware devices such as firewall, networking and compute. As virtualization provided much needed abstraction to underlying server hardware, the dependencies on networking still persisted. With advances in software and Microsoft’s foray into Software Defined Networking (SDN), it is all changing for better. In this session, Bhargav Shukla will talk about how Windows Server 2016 SDN changes networking and enables modern data centers to be more agile and capable. We will also take a brief look at Microsoft’s upcoming hyper-converged system offering – Azure Stack.
KEMP is sponsoring the event. Come and learn how they can help with your load balancing needs!
We’ll have food and giveaways again! Last month we gave away a Raspberry Pi 3. As always, we’ll also do a UCOM’s update.
Hope to see you there!
